Results
All test results are checked daily by the doctor, whilst we maintain a recall system it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to contact the practice to discuss results.
If the doctor wishes to see you to discuss your results, you will receive a phone call from one of our nurses to book an appointment. Alternatively, if the doctor has requested for a non-urgent follow up appointment you can expect to receive a text message or a letter requesting that you book an appointment. It is Practice Policy that results will not be given over the phone unless given by your GP in a Pre-Booked Telehealth appointment.
Standard consultation fees apply. Please make an appointment with the referring doctor to discuss your results.
Recalls
For patients convenience we offer a recall service, this is done automatically unless we are advised otherwise. It is patients responsibility to keep note of future tests.
